I am here educate you on the safe and effective use of Essential Oils- what we call, Aromatherapy! My 100 Certification Course is open to anyone who desires to embrace aromatherapy-essential oils- and make it a part of their every day life. My prayer is that they will teach others to do the same. Educational hours are provided for Massage Therapists and Registered Nurses.
Additional classes are available upon request and tailored to any health care setting, any group or any individuals.

Reiki
Energy is all around us—it is what gives us electricity–and energy should flow through us freely. Increasing the body’s ability to receive energy promotes healing and well being of mind/body/spirit.
Our energy flow can be blocked by current stressors and past events. Reiki, a laying on of hands to direct universal energy, not personal energy, is one way to unblock energy and promote healing at the cellular and spiritual level.
Reiki does not require the removal of clothing, is relaxing, non invasive and is a wonderful adjunct to any other therapy.
Cheryl is entering Level Three Reiki classes and provides Reiki treatments on a case by case basis. Treatments are healing, relaxing, non-invasive, effective.
