A competency statement for clinical students is awarded after completion of a short test during the last hour of the outstanding educational offering. $60–4 hours or 5 hours ($75) for Essential Oil Competency Completion*
*The Moses Cone Health System Department of Nursing has determined that Aromatherapy I & II Educational Sessions, along with completion of the competency test and statement, are required before nurses can use essential oils clinically.

Caring for your skin, hair and nails with pure vegetable products and pure essential oils is the focus of this educational offering that is extremely informative and ‘eye-opening’! NEW Aromatherapy Level VII- Mix It Up-Salves and Such
Learn how to make salves from ’scratch’ including collecting and preparing the herbs from the garden. In addition, participants will make a liniment and herbal vinegar and take all three products home with them. 100 Hour Aromatherapy Education Certification Course-Primal Hints School of Aromatherapy
By request, here is the comprehensive course for those desire to practice as an aromatherapist! The 12, 8 hour classes and the final 4 hour class run from January 2010 through January 2011.* Educational information in this class covers; botany, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, select essential oils, creating products, starting your own business, in depth discussions on clinical application and issues, and much, much more! For those seeking certification, a final written test. case studies and research presentation is required.

Loving the Skin You’re In-Parts I & II
These 2, 2 hour segments cover the same material as the 4 hour Aroma Therapy IV Educational Class listed above. Each session includes a small take home skin care item that you create! $25 each session.
