Diffusion Set Up

Includes on site evaluation of home, office, school, church or any place of work, play

or connecting for essential oil use. Involves the specific essential oils needed to create

the desired effect and the ideal equipment for the setting. For instance, changing a space with essential oils to decrease anxiety, 

lighten mood, decrease infections, increase concentration and productivity,

create a certain impression, etc.

Health Assessments

Have you tried many different ways to improve your health and are disappointed

with the results? Do you feel disorganized, simply unable to make the necessary

changes or are unsure what those changes should be? Let me help you evaluate your

eating habits, exercise routine and stress reduction techniques for effectiveness. 

Change requires change as there is no easy fix for any problem especially if the

problem has been around for years.  Unless we are willing to change how we live

REIKI
This is energy work and involves increasing the body's ability to receive energy to promote healing

and well being.  Energy is all around us---it is what gives us electricity--and energy should flow through

us freely.  Often our energy flow is blocked by current stressors and past events.  Reiki, a laying on of hands

to direct universal energy, not personal energy, is one way to unblock energy and promote healing at the cellular

and spiritual level.  It does not require the removal of clothing, is relaxing, non invasive and is a wonderful

adjunct to any other therapy.
